A Simple Delight. Its lettuce,
tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro, and instead of croutons we
use tortilla strips.

Guacamole Salad -
This is a low fat and lower carb salad
that is made with a mound of lettuce tossed with our homemade
guacamole and green sauce. We then top it with tomatoes,
onions, and black olives.
